A recognized authority in maritime arbitration, Capt. Srivastava has resolved more than 3,000 disputes and represented clients in over 50 arbitration cases.

 

He currently serves on the panels of LMAA, DIAC, and ICA, and has authored awards under LMAA terms.​

 

Today, he continues to advise shipowners, charterers, law firms, and insurers on high-stakes claims, charter party disputes, and arbitration strategy—delivering clarity, fairness, and deep operational insight.​
